Rev. Pastor K. Akeem Bujiriri is the founder and overseer of the Jesus Center of Good News.
Sunday August 10, 1997, Akeem made his public confession of accepting and receiving Jesus Christ to be his Lord and Savior. Since he has been saved, the Lord Jesus Christ revealed to him the secret that lies in prayer; and prayer has been part of his life. The Holy Spirit has taught him how to pray and live a godly life.
Pastor Akeem is married to Louise since July 1999, and they are blessed with four children--two daughters and two sons--and all of them love and serve the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He thanks God for giving him a prayerful and lovely wife and children who have been a real blessing in his life.
As a humble servant, he has served God on different levels as an Intercessor, Door-To-Door Evangelist, Choir Singer, Sunday school teacher, Youth Evangelist Director, and Youth Pastor. Now he is an international teacher and preacher of the Word of God.
Pastor Akeem has discovered God’s will for his life through prayer and fasting. In January 2005, he founded the Jesus Station of Good News Ministries, which is currently known as Jesus Center of Good News. On September 14, 2013 he planted a church in Saugus, Massachusetts. In 2014 he planted a baby church in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. In 2015, he did the same in Nairobi, Kenya.
His wife is the chairlady of Ladies ministry.
Pastor Akeem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministries from Boston Baptist College – Boston, and a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary – Boston.
